Because Mark is a shareholder in a consultancy company along with his brother and a former colleague, he himself has a holding company. The holding company owns the shares in the consultancy company and Mark also receives his salary from his holding company. The brother and his colleague also have a personal holding for practical and liability reasons. The financial administration and salary administration of the holding is provided by Raijmad.Annual accounts must also be drawn up for the holding company and the figures must be filed with the Chamber of Commerce. In addition to taking care of the corporate tax return, Raijmad Mark also provides tax and financial advice and all for just €120 per month.
